2. Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation/Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
- Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are significantly late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting subsequent clients. This may still incur the full service charge.
- No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged the full service fee and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices for our services are displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment, which will be specified at our salon.
Deposits may be required for certain services or for new clients, which will be applied towards the total cost of the service.
4. Client Responsibility and Health
As a client, it is your responsibility to inform our technicians of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications you are taking that may affect your service. Patch tests are highly recommended for certain services (e.g., tints, lifts) and are offered free of charge. Refusal of a patch test is at your own risk, and DuskLash Dublin will not be held responsible for adverse reactions.
We sterilize all tools and maintain a clean environment. Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have any contagious conditions.
5. Aftercare and Results
Post-treatment aftercare instructions will be provided for all services. Adhering to these instructions is crucial for optimal results and longevity of your treatment. DuskLash Dublin is not responsible for results compromised by failure to follow aftercare advice.
